GENERAL PROFILE
PT VITA DAYA HARAPAN (“VDH”) as business line under SOMA GROUP which engaged in power generation through Diesel Power Plant in Indonesia. VDH were developed and operated Diesel Power Plant since 1988 in Bawen, Central Java – Indonesia to supply electricity to the largest of textile manufacture in Indonesia and started from 2010, it was relocated to supply the Khatulistiwa Grid System as owned by PT PLN (Persero) in Pontianak, West Borneo – Indonesia.

- Engine Type: Sulzer Diesel Engine 16ZAV40S with ABB Turbocharger
- Generator: Generator HSG 1600SS12 ABB Industry with Brushless Synchronous Generator
- Generator Output: 14,000 KVA; 11 kV; 735 A; Power Factor 0.8; 50 Hz; 500 rpm
- Fuel Type: Fuel Oil (MFO, HSD & Bio Fuel)
- Control System: SCADA with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
- Auxiliaries System: Integrated Electrical System; Fuel Oil System; Lube Oil System; Cooling Water System; Air Intake & Gas Exhaust System; Compressor Starting Air & Control Air System, Etc.

INTEGRATED SYSTEM
Auxiliaries and Balance of Plant/BOP System, i.e.: Fuel Oil & Separator system, Lube Oil System, Cooling Water System, Water Treatment System, Fuel Oil Tank, Pumps, Starting & Control Air System, Turbocharger, Inlet/Exhaust gas system, Steam generation, Electrical System, Instrumentation & Control System, Medium Voltage Circuit Breaker, etc. are integrated, supervised and monitored in Central Control Room (CCR) with the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) system as SCADA System.
RELIABILITY OF OPERATION
The Diesel Power Plant is operated by the well-trained of man powers and properly maintained periodically (overhaul) from Top-Overhaul; Semi-overhaul; Major Overhaul according to the operational hours of each engine units respectively including the required spare parts replacement.
FUEL EFFICIENCY
The stable operation and maintenance were resulting the efficient fuel consumption with the Specific Fuel Consumption (SFC) ≤ 0,25 L/kWh (B0 Fuel Oil) and magnificently responsive with only required ± 30 minutes from the engine start-up until synchronized to grid.
